All field employees are 40 hour OSHA Hazardous Material (HAZMAT) certified. All management personnel have received an additional 8-hour OSHA supervisor certification. All employees receive an 8-hour annual certification. Employees are certified in both hazardous materials operations and emergency response. Employees receive confined space entry training, blood borne pathogen training, and SCBA (Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus) training. Safety programs are site-specific programs as well as SOP’s (Standard Operation Procedures).
PA-jer Company has no “lost time” incidences and no “reportable incidences” in the 22 year history of our companies existence including no fatalities. PA-jer Company has never had a transportation incident involving an accident, hazardous material spill/release, or a failure to deliver scheduled hazardous materials on time. All employees receive bi-annual United States Department of Transportation training for the handling, packaging, and shipping of hazardous materials and hazardous waste. PA-jer Company has never had a client receive a Notice of Violation (NOV) or fine from TCEQ or EPA for services rendered to a client which translates into no hassles for you.
